Eileen Reyes is more than a competent and experienced Wedding MC. She acts as the coordinator for the wedding reception and is the direct link between the bride and groom and everyone else. Her services include:
Responsible for the overall organization of each function
Coordinates with the Events/Function Coordinator on all requirements needed for the wedding reception
Liaises with the client on specific plans for the function
Oversees proper implementation of the program of events for the reception
Handles sitting of guests
Directs the conduct of the wedding reception ensuring that planned activities are executed at the right time and manner
Acts as Host/MC for the wedding reception (i.e. welcoming of guests, introduction of bridal party and bride and groom, introduces speakers for toasts/speeches, handles wedding reception ceremonies such as cutting of the cake, bouquet and garter toss, bridal waltz, farewell circle, etc.)
Mingles with guests, and generally keeps the event moving
Supervises the staff and other suppliers (i.e. photographers) during the function
Makes sure that the client and their guests are happy and that they receive quality service from each member of the staff
Handles customer complaints and assists them with their needs
